UL unveils new Fire Rated Cable Bulletin @ NFPA
NFPA Salt Lake City, Utah
UL unveiled a new technical bulletin entitled "Electrical Circuit Protective Systems (FHIT) New Guide Information" from their booth at the NFPA 2004 World Safety Conference and Exposition in Salt Lake City.
This publication, along with the revised Guide and a set of "Frequently Asked Questions" sheet, has gone a long way to eliminate user confusion and further define issues related to Fire Rated Cable Systems.
This is a must read for all engineers, contractors and AHJ’s involved in this critical life safety application.
